This weekend's winner will meet the Czech Republic-Germany victor in April's semifinals.

 

Kvitova, the reigning Wimbledon champ and world No. 2, needed two hours and 21 minutes to finally dispatch Goerges. She earned her 26th consecutive win on indoor hardcourts.
